We worked closely with the founding team of a cycling computer company to align user value, market competition, and execution ability into development and research priorities and sequencing.

Our collaboration yielded a prioritized, sequenced product roadmap and research priorities for moving into a market leading position.
We prioritized development for an existing core user, driving an upward inflection of sales and revenue within the quarter. Additionally we prioritized research for a second target customer segment.
Currently the company is challenging incumbent cycling computer companies with investment from Lance Armstrong and as the official cycling computer of Team Israel Start Up Nation and four time Tour de France winner Chris Froome.
